Get mobile access, leaving you more time to do the things you want!

Simply register your On-X Card, save your mobile number and your payment card in the
Accounts Section to get started.

*Mobile Services are available to On-X Go Plus and On-X Go Xtra Cardholders only.

To get the latest account information text 'SMS 60300' with [special code below].

- For Balances

For Balance - send BAL and the last 4 digits of your card.

Example: Bal [space] 1234

- Card top up

To top up your card - send TOP and the AMOUNT followed by the, CV2 code (back of the payment card), and the last 4 digits (prepaid card).

Example: TOP [space] 25 [space] 123 [space] 1234

- Card barring and lifting a bar

To bar your card - send BAR and the word ON and the last 4 digits of your card.

Example: BAR [space] ON [space] 1234

To lift the BAR - send BAR the word OFF and the last 4 digits of your card.

Example: BAR [space] OFF [space] 1234

- To make a new request

To report your card lost - send REQ and the word LOST and the last 4 digits of your card.

Example: REQ [space] LOST [space] 1234

To report your card stolen - send REQ and the word STOLEN and the last 4 digits of your card.

Example: REQ [space] STOLEN [space] 1234
